Angus MacDonald Chairman	A career as a fund manager was followed by almost 20 years running his own businesses. He has been non executive director of a number of companies, including a quoted company and a bank in Edinburgh. His first business was sold in 1997, and is now part of Morgan Stanley and the second was bought by two US private equity firms and Dow Jones in 2007.
Richard Brown General Manager	A veteran of the automotive recycling sector and the founder of the business.
Giles Whiteley Chief Operating Officer	Prior to joining SWR, Giles was Operations Director at Redstone Telecom Company where he was responsible for the service delivered to 19,000 business customers. He brings a strong focus on customer experience to SWR through investing in people and process. Prior to his work in Telecoms he was a consultant to the manufacturing industry specialising in delivering operational efficiency in large operations.
Rupert Pennant-Rae Non-Executive Director	A former Editor of The Economist, Deputy Governor of The Bank of England. Chairman of Henderson Investors Plc.
